- Whether in view of the fact that the PA Consulting Group report to the Dept of the Environment on compulsory competitive tendering has been placed in Library of the House by Lord McIntosh of Haringey, HMG will reconsider their decision not to publish the report. - The Govt do not think it appropriate to publish the report.
