Mr. Challen: To ask the Secretary of State for International Development what outcomes have been monitored arising from contracted services provided to his Department by the Adam Smith Institute and its subsidiaries. [146959] Hilary Benn: All DFID projects are monitored to ensure contracted services make the intended contribution to project outcomes. We have not made special arrangements for consultancy advice from Adam Smith International Ltd.
