In the light of the deficiencies in the administration of the finances of the EC which were exposed in report of the Court of Auditors for the financial year 1990 & in a long series of reports of prior years, when HMG expect the administration of the finances of the EC to be conducted in a satisfactory manner & how this is going to be achieved.
