Letter from Len Cook to Mr. Tom Cox, dated 10 February 2005: As National Statistician, I have been asked to reply to your recent Parliamentary Question asking how many deaths were attributed to cold weather and the lack of heating in homes in the Greater London area in each of the last five years.
