To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what Welsh language requirements there are on Medical Services Ltd in respect of services that they provide to the Department.

Hywel Williams: To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what Welsh language requirements there are on Medical Services Ltd. in respect of services that they provide to the Department. [213247] Maria Eagle: Medical Services are contractually obliged to ensure that all services provided to customers in Wales are available in both Welsh and English languages.
