Question: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many prisoners have been transferred to Standford Hill Open Prison from (a) Elmley Prison and (b) Swaleside Prison in each year since 1997; how many prisoners have been transferred to Standford Hill Open Prison from (a) Elmley Prison and (b) Swaleside Prison in each year between 1997 and 2004. - Inc table.
