Tom Cox: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what the longest sentence being served by a (a) man and (b) woman following conviction by a military court is. [210310] Mr. Caplin: The longest sentence being served by a male following conviction at courts-martial is of detention during Her Majesty's Pleasure. There are no females presently serving a sentence of imprisonment or detention.
