- If Sec of State for Education was correct in asserting as he did in a letter of his dept dated 4 Nov 1991, that rector & church wardens are no longer trustees of Barkestone School Foundation; & if so, how & by whom they were removed without any hearing & by virtue of what provision in any Act of Parliament or otherwise, & if there is any appeal open to them against their removal. - Inc ref to SI 1991/1254.
