- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what estimate he has made of the number of (a) Iraqis killed by Saddam Hussein's regime in the period from 1st July 2001 to 19th March 2003, (b) Iraqi civilians killed in the period 20th March 2003 to 30th June and (c) Iraqi civilians killed in the period 1st July to 13th December. - Inc figures.
