To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, what the average unit cost is to Driver and Vehicle Licensing Northern Ireland of processing an application for (a) a driver's licence, (b) a vehicle licence, (c) a taxi licence and (d) a road freight licence; what the comparable figures were for the last four financial years; and if he will make a statement. - Inc table.

All of the above are calculated on full costs with the exception of vehicle relicensing which is on a cash basis only.
