- Further to first Answer of Baroness Denton of Wakefield on 28 Feb, 536 c17WA, if in light of certificate of incorporation dated 17 Oct 1955 & words of section 1 of 1872 Act beginning & subject to, diocesan board, although a corporation is subject to same restrictions & has only same powers as if it had been unincorporated with result that it has had & has no power to hold land or to be a trustee or to replace or remove existing trustees of Barkestone School Foundation.
