- What information is there on estimated cost to each of regional authorities of Dumfries & Galloway, Highland & Border of upgrading rural roads, bridges & other infrastructure to facilitate extraction of plantation timber from remote hill & upland areas & is it planned to lay business rates on such plantations in order to contribute towards these costs.
