How many people from the Republic of Ireland & from Northern Ireland took up places on community programmes, YTS & other young persons programmes in England, Scotland & Wales in each year from 1983 to 1987, inclusive, for each of the age groups 16 to 18 years, 18 to 25 years & 25 years & over. - (No figures given).
