Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No 9 and Consequential Provisions) Order 2006

SI 1281. (Commencement order). Together with an explanatory memorandum from the Department for Communities and Local Government. Brings into force various provisions and relating to Crown application of planning Acts, repeals relating to other Planning Acts, planning permission, and disclosure of information on matters of national security in Scotland. Coming into force 7 June 2006. (C.43).
