SI 2007/2319. (Negative instrument). Together with an explanatory memorandum from the Department for Culture, Media and Sport. Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1 - with the exception of paragraphs (1)(a) and (5)(b) of regulation 3 (1 November 2007), and regulations 10 and 11 (1 March 2008), these regulations come into force 1 September 2007.
