Draft SI on legislative reform (consumer credit). (Affirmative instrument). Together with an explanatory memorandum and impact assessment from the Department for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform. Replaced version laid 11 June 2007 (UP 894 2007-08). Laid before Parliament for approval by resolution of each House. Coming into force the day after the order is made.
