SI 2008/1919. (Negative instrument). Together with an explanatory memorandum and impact assessment from the Ministry of Justice. Coming into force- paragraph 40 of Schedule 1 shall come into force on the same day as section 869 of the Companies Act 2006, all other rules come into force 10 November 2008.
