Draft Legislative Reform (Local Government) (Animal Health Functions) Order 2009. Together with an explanatory document recommending the negative resolution procedure from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Coming into force the day after the order is made. Regulatory Reform Select Committee resolution that the order be made reported in the Votes and Proceedings of 31 March 2009.
