Draft Legislative Reform (Dangerous Wild Animals) (Licensing) Order 2009. Together with an explanatory document recommending the affirmative resolution procedure from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Coming into force the day after the order is made. 23 June 2009 - Resolution by the Regulatory Reform Committee that the Order be approved.
