Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Licensing Conditions) Order 2010

Draft Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Licensing Conditions) Order 2010. Together with an explanatory memorandum and impact assessment from the Home Office. Laid before Parliament for approval by resolution of each House. Coming into force 6 April 2010, except paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Schedule, which come into force 1 October 2010.
