With an explanatory memorandum and impact assessment from the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. Laid before Parliament for approval by resolution of each House. Coming into force 1 October 2011. Amends the Weights and Measures (Intoxicating Liquor) Order 1988, and article 6 of the Weights and Measures (Miscellaneous Foods) Order 1988. (vote). Withdrawn and replaced 5 July (UP 1429).
