It is difficult to interpret what might be in transgression of a sub judice ruling, but I must err on the side of caution. I therefore ask the hon Gentleman to refrain from any reference to the trial ... or the appellant" to Mr Dalyell during an adjournment debate on Libya, and remarks on the Lockerbie trial and Mr Al-Megrahi.
