Proceeding contribution from Paddy Tipping (Labour) in the House of Commons on Monday, 6 June 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill on Natural Environment and Rural Communities Bill.
Natural Environment and Rural Communities Bill
The Secretary of State rightly stressed the importance of legislation on rights of way and vehicles. My understanding is that part 6 will not come in until a commencement order has been made. Can she give us an indication—if not now, in the wind-up—of what date she has in mind?
