Proceeding contribution from Mark Francois (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Monday, 13 June 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on Finance Bill.

Finance Bill

Effectively, the Minister has said that he has accepted our amendment No. 36 in that the guidelines that the Treasury will produce will incorporate that, too. I thank him for that. Can he give the Committee some idea of when those guidelines will be available—at least the month in which they will appear—as those museums and charities that might be affected will want to get their hands on them as soon as possible?
