My Lords, as ever, the noble Lord, Lord Kerr, is right—there is no single economic model. We in the United Kingdom are not on our own and I agree with the noble Lord that the tone of this debate is very important, which is why I stressed that this issue was about pushing a reform agenda from a pro-European standpoint.
