Racial and Religious Hatred Bill
Is the hon. Gentleman’s point not even more important given that this is the third time the legislation has been considered? I assume, perhaps na&-uml;vely, that the Government have had some thoughts about what sort of guidance they would instruct the Attorney-General to produce.
