: The hon. Gentleman will know from his background what I am talking about. Did he find it extraordinary, as I did, that the right hon. Member for Wokingham (Mr. Redwood) said that there was only one thing worse than having a regulated job and that was having no job at all? In fact, the worst thing of all is to be dead from work if there is no occupational health and safety legislation.
