Proceeding contribution from Tony Baldry (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Monday, 11 July 2005. It occurred during Ministerial statement on G8.

If the EU negotiates as one in respect the WTO, we may move forward only at the slowest pace, so has the Prime Minister been able to make any progress with respect to the French position on this matter?
