G8: 2005 Summit

My Lords, the answer to that is ““Yes””. In fact, I think that there may be mention of it in the communiqué. I remember reading it. It may not have been in the communiqué, but it is certainly there. A timetable was not agreed for all the countries, but the noble Baroness will know from previous discussions in the House that the United Kingdom hopes to sign up by the end of the year.
