Charities Bill [HL]
I am advised that the microphone that I was sitting near was not picking up what I was saying, but I shall not repeat it, as I do not think that your Lordships would approve. I know that the Government have moved some way towards what I want. I will read what the Minister has said, and I may well come back at the next stage. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 46 not moved.]
