Civil Procedure (Modification of Crown Proceedings Act 1947) Order 2005
I am happy to support the order and am grateful to the Minister for explaining in some detail the proposed changes to be made to the Civil Procedure Rules. I am satisfied with those changes. In the circumstances, I have nothing further to add.
