Proceeding contribution from Lord Mackay of Clashfern (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 11 October 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill on Racial and Religious Hatred Bill.

Racial and Religious Hatred Bill

My Lords, because of the position from which I was speaking I was perhaps unduly hurried by the clock, but I omitted to say that I would like to send warm wishes to the noble Baroness, Lady Scotland, in her present situation. We hope that all will go well.
