Proceeding contribution from Baroness Flather (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 11 October 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill on Racial and Religious Hatred Bill.

Racial and Religious Hatred Bill

My Lords, I am sorry to interrupt, because I know that noble Lords would like to go home. I do not believe that the Bill will tackle underachievement in any way. The Bill will separate us even further from each other. It will create space between us, and we will be more afraid to communicate in a free and frank manner.
