Racial and Religious Hatred Bill
I am grateful to the right reverend Prelate. Where in his amendments would one cover ridicule, comedians or the Rowan Atkinson kind of problem? There are things other than artistic and literary merit and religion that are covered by our amendment. I wonder if he has thought about that.
