Court Martial Judgment

My Lords, the review will seek to learn lessons relating to the investigation that was undertaken. This is a review being carried out by the Ministry of Defence. It purpose is to learn the lessons from this particular case and other cases about the way in which investigations are undertaken in situations such as this.
