Proceeding contribution from Baroness Anelay of St Johns (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 15 November 2005. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Identity Cards Bill.

Identity Cards Bill

I am grateful to the Minister for her full response. I am not sure that she has answered my questions fully, but she has certainly had a jolly good go and answered as many questions as possible from those who have contributed to the debate. I am always most grateful to my noble friend Lord Peyton for all his contributions, even though he seemed to find my first amendment flabby. I promise that I will serve up to him something with more muscle later on.
