Proceeding contribution from Lord Gould of Brookwood (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 15 November 2005. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Identity Cards Bill.

Identity Cards Bill

I am afraid the noble Earl is out of date. If he thinks that is happening and that kids in London are going round the place with neat little ID cards and it is all working perfectly; of course it is not. They are making them up all over the place. He is out of date.
