Proceeding contribution from Lord McKenzie of Luton (Labour) in the House of Lords on Friday, 18 November 2005. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Supply of Relevant Veterinary Medicinal Products Order 2005.
Supply of Relevant Veterinary Medicinal Products Order 2005
My Lords, if one component of the charge goes up but another component of the cost of medicines goes down, especially if it goes down at ex-factory level, does that not support the view that overall consumers are likely to be better, not worse off?
