Proceeding contribution from Lord McKenzie of Luton (Labour) in the House of Lords on Friday, 18 November 2005. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Supply of Relevant Veterinary Medicinal Products Order 2005.

Supply of Relevant Veterinary Medicinal Products Order 2005
