Proceeding contribution from Lord Warner (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 21 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on NHS Redress Bill [HL].
NHS Redress Bill [HL]
I can see that there is strong feeling on this issue. I do not want to fall out with noble Lords over the word ““full””. I am happy to take this away and consider it a bit further and come back to the Committee if we can see a sensible way forward.
