Proceeding contribution from Baroness Barker (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Monday, 21 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on NHS Redress Bill [HL].
NHS Redress Bill [HL]
There are many different kinds of poetry. I do not believe that the Minister answered the specific point which I made, which was not about what the member of the scheme learns but how the matter is addressed in relation to the person who has been involved in the incident. Perhaps the Minister cannot reply to that point now; perhaps he must seek out a different poet. However, I would appreciate a reply at some point.
