Proceeding contribution from Lord Warner (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 21 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on NHS Redress Bill [HL].

NHS Redress Bill [HL]

I would like to take advice before giving an unfettered reassurance to the noble Earl. What I said on disclosure is so, but I am not completely confident about whether, in the circumstances that the noble Earl mentioned, there are exceptions to that. I shall have to take further legal advice on that issue. I shall do that as rapidly as possible and then write to the noble Earl and other members of the Committee.
