Proceeding contribution from Earl Howe (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 21 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on NHS Redress Bill [HL].

NHS Redress Bill [HL]

I think that it does. I am grateful for the Minister’s full reply. However, I shall have to reflect on the content of his reply at greater leisure. As he said, this is a technical area, and the concerns that lie behind the amendment are serious. However, for now, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 38 not moved.]
