(in the Chair): May I just say that in calling Dr. Pugh, I am starting the wind-ups, so if any other Member wanted to make a speech, they should have risen to their feet. I am grateful to Dr. Pugh. I am prepared to allow Mr. Hollobone to make a speech in this instance.
