Proceeding contribution from Lord Kingsland (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 30 November 2005. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Civil Partnership (Judicial Pensions and Church Pensions, etc.) Order 2005.
Civil Partnership (Judicial Pensions and Church Pensions, etc.) Order 2005
My Lords, apart from congratulating the Minister on the content and manner of his speech I have nothing to say except to endorse his observation that these measures have indeed at times seemed like a further plank in an endless raft of delegated legislation flowing from the Act.
