Proceeding contribution from Lord Haskel (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 5 December 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Civil Aviation Bill.
Civil Aviation Bill
I apologise to the noble Lord for the hiatus at the beginning of his speech, but the noble Lord, Lord Hanningfield, asked whether Amendments Nos. 28 and 44B could be degrouped, so Amendment No. 44B will be considered right at the end of our proceedings.
