Proceeding contribution from Eric Forth (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 15 December 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill on National Insurance Contributions Bill.
National Insurance Contributions Bill
Yes, and I thought that it was very significant. Having listened to what my hon. Friend the Member for Christchurch (Mr. Chope) said about my amendment—I indicated at the outset that I had a realistic view of what I was trying to achieve—I beg to ask leave to withdraw the amendment. I understand, however, that my hon. Friend may wish to press his amendment No. 14 to a Division.
