Government of Wales Bill
My hon. Friend says that it is nonsense, and it clearly is convoluted nonsense. We have a system that could perhaps be fine-tuned in some ways, but I do not think that we should listen to the fears expressed by the Conservatives in particular. The Bill is something of a halfway house—it is slightly confused, and slightly confusing to some—but it represents a positive step towards what we consider to be the aim of this debate: proper powers for the Assembly.
