Proceeding contribution from Baroness Anelay of St Johns (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 16 January 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Identity Cards Bill.

Identity Cards Bill

My Lords, on the groupings list, government Amendment No. 64 comes later with Amendments Nos. 63 and 74. It may be that there was some late regrouping. I am happy to accept what the Minister says—it looks as if a message might be winging its way to her—and I merely raise the question because it may change the timing on another part of the Bill.
