Proceeding contribution from Lord Brooke of Sutton Mandeville (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 30 January 2006. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Natural Environment and Rural Communities Bill 2005-06.

Natural Environment and Rural Communities Bill

As I was partly responsible for the later business that was intended to last 45 minutes and lasted an hour and three-quarters, I have the clearest recollection that we started before five and finished at quarter past eight.
